Promotion Offer Limit:
Each individual is entitled to only one promotional offer. Any attempts to redeem additional promotional offers may result in the forfeiture of such offers. If you choose to make additional purchases beyond the initial promotional offer, a 5% deduction will be applied to your refund to cover transaction costs associated with processing. This deduction is non-negotiable and will be automatically applied to any refunds issued under these circumstances.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
To be eligible for a refund of any payments made, you must cancel any scheduled appointment at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations made within this 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund. For eligible cancellations, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and processing costs. Please note that the refund will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Late Arrival Policy:
Punctuality is important to ensure that all appointments run smoothly and on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to another available day and time. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, please understand that this may not always be possible due to our scheduling constraints. No refunds will be provided for appointments rescheduled due to late arrival, and any rescheduling will be subject to availability.
